Introductory Session

In this first session we will chat about your fitness goals and what you can do to achieve them in the most efficient way. We will also talk about your exercises likes and dislikes to make sure the best tools will be applied towards your goals.

I will them assess your current fitness level as well as your overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. This will give me a really good understanding of how your body works and how to appropriately program your workouts for best result.
