Your very first session with Rafa!
In this session Rafa will check your body movement to identify tight muscles and problem areas.
You will work with Rafa to explore your interests, strengths and weaknesses in order to devise an adaptable fitness routine for use in Studio Classes (3-on-1) or Private and at home.
Private sessions are recommended for people beginning their fitness program with Rafa.
Most people choose to move into studio classes after they have a grasp on the fundamentals of their personalised program.
